Your characters, brought to life.

Commissions Open

Whether you have a fully developed original character, a character from your own story or simply the beginnings of an idea, I create bespoke digital illustrations shaped around your vision.

Working in an expressive, animation-inspired style, I focus on personality, pose, clothing and the individual details that make each character feel distinct. Every commission is created collaboratively, with opportunities to review the artwork as it develops.

You can find examples of completed commission artwork here.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Request

Complete the commission form with your chosen commission type, character details and any available reference images. When providing character details, please include as much information as possible about the character’s appearance, clothing, pose and personality. Please read the Commission Terms and Conditions before submitting your request, as these explain payment, revisions, cancellations and usage rights.

2. Confirm Your Commission

I’ll review your request and confirm my availability, the final price and the estimated turnaround time. A 50% deposit is required before work begins and secures your place in my commission schedule.

3. Review the Sketch

You’ll receive an initial sketch to review and approve before I begin the final line art, colouring and shading.

This is the stage to request more substantial changes, such as adjustments to the:

  • Pose or composition

  • Expression

  • Hairstyle

  • Clothing

  • Accessories or props

  • Overall character design

Please make sure you are happy with the sketch before approving it.

4. Final Artwork and Minor Changes

Once the sketch has been approved, I’ll complete the final artwork and send you a watermarked preview for approval.

At this stage, minor adjustments can be requested, such as colour changes or small detail corrections. Significant changes to the pose, composition, clothing or character design may incur an additional charge, as these should normally be agreed during the sketch stage.

5. Final Payment and Delivery

Once the finished artwork has been approved, the remaining 50% balance will be due.

After the final payment has been received, your completed high-resolution digital artwork will be sent without the watermark.
